RSE  Management  Board  resolved  to  lift the 15% price spread for JSC

"Poligrāfists"  shares  traded  at  the  continuous  market at variable

prices,  starting  from 12:00, August 25, 2003. The resolution has been

taken  due  to the high concentration of orders on the buy side, and is

based  on  Item  IV.32  of  the  RSE  Enforcement  Note  on Trading and

Quotation.
