Financial  and  Capital Market Commission (FCMC), pursuant to Item 1.10

of FCMC "Regulations on buyout of shares", informs that it has received

a  share  buyout  offer from JSC "Poligrāfists" shareholder SIA "Apgāds

Zvaigzne  ABC"  (registration  #000315416),  offering  to  buy  out JSC

"Poligrāfists"  shares  at  the  price LVL 1.04 per share. The offer is

open  for  the  target  company  shareholders during a four-week period

starting   with   the  next  business  day  after  publication  of  the

notification in the newspaper "Latvijas Vēstnesis".



The buyout offer becomes valid only after its approval by FCMC.
