Financial  and  Capital Market Commission (FCMC), pursuant to Item 2.5

of  FCMC  "Regulations  on  buyout  of  shares",  hereby advises that a

resolution   has   been  passed  to  allow  JSC  "RI-OS"  (registration

#40003327635,  registered at Company Register of the Republic of Latvia

on 06.02.1997), a shareholder of JSC "Viesnīca "Latvija", to launch the

mandatory share buyout offer for "Viesnīca "Latvija" shares.
