On  Wednesday  Riga  district  court  opened an insolvency case for JSC

"Kaija"  subsequent  to  the  application  by a Norwegian company Dovod

Norge.  Imants  Kalniņš,  Chairman of Management Board, admits that the

insolvency  case  may  have  an  impact on company operations, however,

believes that the company will be able to meet its liabilities and that

"Kaija" debtors will meet their liabilities as well.
