In  February JSC "Ventspils nafta" has reloaded 1.1 million tons of oil

and  oil  products:  0.2 million tons of crude oil, 0.6 million tons of

diesel  oil  and  0.3 million tons of various brands of petrol. All the

products  arrived by rail. In January the company reloaded 0.96 tons of

oil  products  from  rail. February's result exceeds the all-times high

figure  of  1.03 million tons, achieved back in 1996. "Ventspils nafta"

resumed reloading of oil products from rail in late 2002.
