Though  JSC  "Kaija"  is  behind  the schedule with the payments to the

employees,  now  the  wages are paid to full extent, as provided by the

employment  contracts. Company management agrees individually with each

employee  about the schedule for catching up with the delayed payments.

Both  the management and the trade unions believe the company will meet

all  the4  liabilities.  Similar  to other companies in fish processing

business,  Kaija  is  suffering  from shortage of inputs in wintertime,

therefore,  has  worked  with  a  part  of capacity. Now the production

volume is gradually resumed.
