Due  to  expiration  of  term of authorisation on September 7, 2002 for

Supervisory Board members from JSC Ventspils nafta in SIA LatRosTrans -

Igors  Skoks,  Jeļena  Biktaševa and Laimonis Junkers SIA "LatRosTrans"

shareholders  meeting  revoked  starting  July 24, 2001 Igors Skoks and

Jeļena  Biktaševa  from  responsibilities of Supervisory Board members.

Laimonis  Junkers  was  re-elected  for 3-year term. Jānis Ādamsons and

Ritvars  Priekalns  were  appointed as new members in SIA "LatRosTrans"

Supervisory  Board.  New  Supervisory  Board  elected Jānis Ādamsons as

Chairman.  JSC Ventspils nafta is being represented by Olafs Berķis and

Genādijs Ševcovs as well.
