RSE  Management  Board resolved on its meeting of June 21, 2002 to list

199,990,000  "Latvijas  kuģniecība"  (LASCO) shares on the RSE Official

list  starting  with Wednesday, June 26, 2002. Nominal value of a share

is  LVL  1.  Privatisation  auction for privatisation certificates took

place  on  April  8,  2002, whereas privatisation auction for cash will

take  place  on  June  25,  2002. LASCO shares will be included in RICI

index as well as Dow Jones RSE index starting with July 1, 2002.
