JSC  "Rīgas  kuģu  būvētava"  has  decided to respond to Privatisation

Agency  offer  of  March  14,  2002, regarding sale of 24,608 shares in

"Tosmares  kuģubūvētava"  at the market price at public offering, which

was LVL 0.24 per share.
