On  December 13, 2001 the Riga Stock exchange Management Board resolved

on the following:

1. pursuant to Item 12 of the Enforcement Note on Securities lists, to:

·  transfer  JSC "Rīgas kuģu būvētava" shares from the Official list to

Second list, starting with January 2, 2002;

·  transfer  JSC "Rīgas Transporta Flote" shares from the Official list

to Second list, starting with January 2, 2002;

·  transfer JSC "Kvadraprint" shares from the Second list to Free list,

starting with January 2, 2002;

·  transfer  JSC  "Gutta"  shares  from  the  Second list to Free list,

starting with January 2, 2002;

· transfer JSC "Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs" shares from the Second

list to Free list, starting with January 2, 2002;

· transfer JSC "Staburadze" shares from the Official list to Free list,

and resume quotation on Free list starting with December 17, 2001.

2.  pursuant to Item 29 of the Enforcement Note on Securities lists, to

delist  JSC "Balta" shares from the Official list starting with January

2, 2002.
