Guided by the company performance in the first nine months of 2001, JSC

"Ventspils  nafta"  Supervisory  Board has agreed to adjust the budget.

Operational revenues forecast is raised by LVL 8.6 million to LVL 94.7,

and  net income forecast has been increased by LVL 3.8 million - to LVL

17.3 million.
