JSC Balta has been advised by its shareholder Codan, a Danish insurance

company, that Codan holds 2,379,439 shares in Balta, whereas the Danish

Investment Fund for Central and Eastern Europe (IO Fund) is an owner of

1,116,496  shares. The European Bank for reconstruction and Development

(EBRD) has a 24% ownership interest in Balta.
