Today  the  Riga  Stock  Exchange  management  resolved  to include JSC

"Kalceks"  shares  into  stock exchange Free list starting from May 14,

2001.  All  in all, 324 000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 1 LVL

will  be  listed.  The  company  is in the pharmaceutical business. JSC
