Last  week  JSC  "Grindeks" Supervisory and Management Board decided to

separate  responsibilities  of  a  Chairman  of  Supervisory  Board and

General Director. Jelena Borcova was confirmed as a General Director.

Present  Chairman  of  JSC "Grindeks" Supervisory Board Peteris Stupans

will  continue  to  manage  strategic  development  affairs and promote

investor relations.

General Director Jelena Borcova will manage operations of the company.
