JSC "Olainfarm" informs that JSC "Olainfarm" has acquired capital parts

of following companies:

q  SIA  "AROMABALTFARM"  100  capital  parts  which  make  100%  of SIA

"AROMABALTFARM" share capital;

q  SIA  "Kameja MC" 65 capital parts, which make 65% of SIA "Kameja MC"

share capital.

Amendments  to documentation of those companies have been registered in

Enterprise  register of Latvia on February 12, 2001. Capital parts were

acquired  following decision of Management Board (22.12.2000.Minutes of

Management Board meeting No.V-25/2000).
