JSC  "Staburadze" has signed agreement with the only participant of SIA

"NTBDC  L"  BOLSTER  MANAGEMENT  LIMITED  regarding sale of 100% of SIA

"NTBDC  L"  parts.  In  compliance with this agreement ownership on SIA

"NTBDC  L"  capital parts to JSC "Staburadze" will be transferred after

payment  for companies capital parts will be completed. Payment for SIA

"NTBDC L" is due February 1, 2001.
