JSC  "Gutta" extraordinary shareholders general meeting on November 20,

2000  did  not  tale  place  because of absence of quorum. Therefore in

compliance  with  Law  on Joint Stock companies point 56.4. JSC "Gutta"

will  call  repeated  extraordinary  shareholders  general  meeting  on

December 20, 2000 at 10 AM in JSC "Gutta" Office at Maskavas str.240.

On the agenda:

· Decrease of JSC "Gutta" share capital;

· Amendments to JSC "Gutta" charter;

· Miscellaneous.
