JSC  "Latvijas  balzams"  has received JSC "New Technology and Business

Development   Corporation   (   a/s   "NTBDC")  announcement  regarding

re-organization of company.

In compliance with JSC "NTBDC" shareholders decision No 23/10/00 and No

23-1/10/00  JSC  "NTBDC"  has been reorganised. Therefore JSC "Latvijas

balzams"

3745000  shares  (including  1700000 closed issue) owned by JSC "NTBDC"

have been given to SIA "NTBDC LB".
