JSC "Gutta" informs that in compliance with September 18, 2000 purchase

agreement  shareholder  of  JSC "Gutta" Sefico Holding B.V has acquired

from  Garlito  B.V.  835  037  JSC  "Gutta" ordinary shares with voting

rights. As a result Sefico Holding B.V. now holds 36,18% of JSC "Gutta"

shares with voting rights.
