newspaper  "Dienas  bizness"  on August 7, 2000 ( regarding decision to

sell  JSC  "Gutta"  property in Moscow and Ukraine) is not true and all

resolutions  of  JSC  "Gutta" repeated shareholders general meeting are

summarised  in  information submitted to Rigas Stock Exchange on August
