JSC  "Staburadze" Supervisory Board meeting on September 2,1999 decided

to  charge  Management Board with accomplishing complex of measures for

researching  all  possible  ways for further development and activities

for  JSC  "Naruta". These activities could include: foundation of joint

venture   with   companion  from  CIS,  comprehensive  optimisation  of

activities, sale of controlling interest etc.
