JSC   "Balta"   informs  that  JSC  "Rigas  Apdrosinasanas  sabiedriba"

shareholders  have  acquired JSC "Balta" 9th closed share isssue shares

in  compliance  with  Regulations of share issue. Therefore JSC "Balta"

owns  1  039  300  JSC  "Rīgas Apdrošināšanas sabiedrība" shares, which

makes 90,4% of share capital.

JSC  "Latva"  shareholders  have  acquired JSC "Balta" 9th closed issue

shares in compliance with Regulations of share issue. Therefore company

owns  1  800 000 JSC "Latva" closed share issue and 860 753 JSC "Latva"

public issue shares, in total

2 660 753 shares or 95,03% of JSC "Latva" paid up share capital.
