JSC  "Liepajas  metalurgs"  on  the March 22,1999 will sign three-sided

agreement  between  Austrian  and  Estonian companions regarding oxygen

production  and  refill  station  "ELME  MESSER-Liepaja"  joint project

implementation  and  beginning  of construction in the territory of JSC

"Liepajas metalurgs".
