JSC "Rezeknes piena konservu kombinats" Board informs that shareholders

general  meeting  will  take  place  at  11  AM on the March 26,1999 in

Rezekne, Atbrivosanas aleja 174.

On the agenda:

1)Supervisory  Boards,  Management  Boards  and  Inspection  Committees

report about the activities in the 1998.

2) Accepted results of operations for the 1998.

3) About distribution of the profit, budget for the 1999 and operations

plan.

4) About changes in the share capital.

5) Election of the certified auditor.

6) Miscellaneous.

Registration  of  the  shareholders will take place at the venue of the

meeting on March 26,1999 from 10 AM to 11 AM. Shareholders can announce

blockage  of their shares no later than March 16,1999. Shareholders can
