Hansapank signed a DEM 150 million syndicated loan agreement

Today, November 17, Hansapank signed a DEM 150 million syndicated loan
agreement. The joint arrangers of the loan are EBRD, Bankgesellschaft
Berlin and Hamburgische Landesbank. The loan will be taken in two
tranches. DEM 50
million will be borrowed from EBRD with a 5 year maturity and DEM 100
million through a syndication of commercial banks with a 3 year
maturity. The cost of the 5 year loan is DEM Libor + 2.5%
(all-in cost) and the cost of the 3 year loan is DEM Libor + 2.25%
(all-in cost).The funds from the loan will be received before the end
of the year and they will be used for improving the asset structure of
the group.
