On  the  November  5,  1998  Securities  market commission accepted JSC

"Staburadze"  emission  prospect -1 037 197 shares of closed issue were

issued for the public trading.Trading will start November 30,

1998.

Purchasing  power  in  Latvia  has  decresed in connection with Russian

crisis and it may effect amount of the projected profits.

At  the  same  time  it  will  not  affect  previously  made Staburadze

announcement   about   the  amount  of  payment  of  dividends  to  the

shareholders.
