An  agreement  was  signed  between  LSEZ  a/s "Liepājas metalurgs" and

"F.J.Elsner  &  CO.GmbH",  a subsidiary of "RAIFFEISEN" bank, regarding

sales of goods produced by the company. The agreement is effective till

December 31,

1999.

Liepājas  metalurgs  has over five years successful cooperation history

with the product buyer.

Considering  the  current global market crisis, the concluded agreement

guarantees stable operations of Liepājas metalurgs.
