Yesterday  the  Council  of Estonian Insurance elected the new Board of

the  company.  Mr  Mart  Einpalu  was  nominated as the Chairman of the

Board.  The  other  members  of  the  Board  are  Mr Mart Mägi - CFO of

Estonian  Insurance,  Mr  Kari  Edvin  Aitolehti - director of Estonian

Property insurance and Mr Priit Potisepp -

director of Estonian Life-Insurance.
