1998)  Pursuant  to  the  provisions of Enforcement Note on Trading and

Quotation,  a/s  'Kokneses  mežrupniecības  saimniecība' 157 400 common

shares  with voting rights and nominal value Ls 1 be listed on the Free

List of the RSE. The first quotation date shall be May 11, 1998.
