On  March  12,  1998 the Privatization Agency Management Board passed a

resolution  with  regard  to  capitalization  of  a/s 'Vitransauto' tax

arrears  to  principal  state  budget.  The amount to be capitalized is

In  April,  1998  the  control  interest of a/s 'Vitransauto' - 450 000

shares  (60%) - has been transferred from company under liquidation a/s
