A/s  'Rīgas  juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca' shareholders General Meeting

will be held on April 11,

1998, at 14:00, in the community hall of VEF, 1 Ropažu St. Agenda:

1.  Report  of  Management  Board  for results of economic activity for

1997.

2. On increase of share capital of a/s 'RJR'.

3. Miscellaneous questions.

Shareholders  willing  to  participate at the a/s 'RJR' general meeting

shall have their share accounts blocked by March 31, 1998.
