RB Securities Limited disposes of a significant shareholding in JSC “Ogre”



On September 27, 2004 RB Securities, a daughter company of Rietumu banka,

transferred 1,648,167 shares of JSC “Ogre”, thus losing a significant direct

shareholding, while the Bank lost an indirect significant shareholding in “Ogre”.
