PROCEDURES FOR LISTING HARJU ELEKTER ISSUE



In accordance with the documents received on 12.10.2004, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 200,000  

AS Harju Elekter additional shares on the TSE Main List. As of 13.10.2004, 

5,400,000 shares of AS Harju Elekter are listed on the TSE Main List.

 

TSE will publish the resolutions of the TSE Listing and Surveillance 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
