Hereby JSC Latvijas kuģniecība informs that JSC Latvijas kuģniecība extraordinary 

general meeting of shareholders scheduled for 15 October 2004 has not been held 

due to the lack of quorum.



Pursuant to Article 56.4 of the law On Joint Stock Companies, the repeated JSC 

Latvijas kuģniecība extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be 

convened within a month.
