CLOSING OF SPORTS GOODS DIVISION



According to the decision adopted on 31 May 2004, the Sports Goods Division of

Viisnurk AS shall be closed down as of today. All Sports Goods Division contracts

with clients have been duly carried out.



In connection with the closing down of the Division, there were 231 employees

made redundant between 30 August and 29 October. The company has paid the total

of 2,7 million kroons, including all taxes, as redundancy payments to the

employees.



Viisnurk AS will continue negotiations over the sale of the Division's assets.
