Information on issuance of bonus shares of Joint Stock company „SAF Tehnika” 



1.	Decision on new stock issuance taken by the Shareholders meeting on 

the 29th of October, 2004. Part of financial year’s 2003/2004 profit has been 

invested in the share capital and new shares are being issued;
