JSC “Lode” reports a major change in shareholdings



JSC “Lode” has received notifications from shareholders Edvīns Samulis and Andris Bērziņš about 

the transfer of 284,520 shares. Subsequent to the transaction, the holdings of the said 

shareholders are:

Edvīns Samulis	504,333 shares, or 22.67%

Andris Bērziņš	504,520 shares, or 22.67%.
