JSC TOSMARES KUGUBUVETAVA SHARES TO BE LISTED ON THE RSE FREE LIST



RSE Management Board on its meeting of November 23, 2004 resolved to list 

640,737 JSC “Tosmares kuģubūvētava” common registered voting shares 

(nominal value LVL 1) on the RSE Free list starting with December 1, 2004 

(ticker: TKB1R). 

The Issue Prospectus has been registered with the Financial and Capital 

Market Commission on July 29, 2004.

Subsequent to the listing of “Tosmares kuģubūvētava”, 39 companies will 

be liste on the RSE (4 on the Main List, 8 on the I-list and 27 on the Free list).
