The trading of “OT grupa” to be suspended



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of December 1, 2004 to suspend the 

trading with “OT grupa” shares starting with December 1, 2004. The company has failed to present 

their 9-month financial statements to the RSE by November 30, 2004, thus breaching the Financial 

Instruments Market Law and RSE information disclosure rules.



The trading will be resumed as soon as the company presents the requested 9-month financial 

statements.
