Primary placement of “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” bonds to be held on the RSE



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved to run “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” primary 

placement of bonds from December 1, 2004 till December 21, 2004.



50,000 “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” are offered, with nominal value EUR 100 and total nominal 

value EUR 5,000,000. The bonds mature on December 29, 2006.



“Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” primary placement of bonds will be run on the SAXESS trading 

platform during the trading session from December 1, 2004 10:00am till December 21, 2004 12:00am 

Latvian time) pursuant to the rules specified in the issue prospectus and to the Riga Stock Exchange 

rules. “Parex banka” is the issuing agent.



Settlement date for “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” bonds is December 28, 2004.
