Replacement of a member of the Supervisory Board



With directive no. 485 of the Minister of Finance from 30 November Tõnis

Palts was removed from the position of the member of the Supervisory Board of AS

Tallinna Sadam and Rein Kuusmik was appointed the new member of the Supervisory

Board of AS Tallinna Sadam.



Rein Kuusmik has graduated from Tallinn Polytechnical Institute.

Rein Kuusmik is a member of the Management Board of OÜ Aaber Holding and OÜ RK

Investeering. Until 15.12.2003 Rein Kuusmik was employed as a member of the

Management Board and Director General of AS Repo Vabrikud.
