BONUS ISSUE OF KALEV



AS Kalev will close the list of shareholders for bonus issue on 08.12.2004 

at 8.00 a.m. 

 

Proceeding from the above, shares of AS Kalev are traded cum-rights for 

bonus issue for the last day today, on 02.12.2004. The shares will go 

ex-rights for bonus issue tomorrow, on 03.12.2004.

 

AS Kalev will issue two new shares per each existing share.
