The new Hipotēku banka BB series mortgage bonds to be listed on the RSE



The new “Hipotēku un zemes banka” BB series 150,000 mortgage bonds with nominal value USD 100 

will be listed on the RSE Bond list starting from December 10, 2004 – this is a resolution 

passed by the RSE Management Board meeting of December 3, 2004.  



The mortgage bonds mature on August 15, 2014; the coupon is 6-month LIBOR+ 0.7%. The coupon is 

paid on a semi-annual basis on February 15 and August 15. The trading code is LMBBFLOT14.
