The trading of “Tukuma gaļas pārstrādes sabiedrība” to be suspended



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of December 10, 2004, to suspend 

the trading of JSC “Tukuma gaļas pārstrādes sabiedrība”  shares, pursuant RSE Listing Rules and 

RSE Trading Rules. The procedure to be followed:

1) Trading is suspended from December 13 till December 17, 2004 (inclusive) in automatch order book;

2) Trading is suspended in all other segments from December 16 till December 17, 2004 (inclusive).

Any executed orders where settlement date has been specified starting with December 16, 2004 shall be 

cancelled.

The suspension of trading is following the request of the company, in order to prevent the shareholders 

from transferring the holdings in the period when the share nominal value is being changed.
