“Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” bonds to be listed on the RSE



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of December 21, 2004 on conditional 

listing of “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” bearer bonds (nominal value EUR 100) on the RSE 

Bond List from January 4, 2005. The condition is placement value as of December 29, 2004 not 

less than EUR 200,000 or equivalent in lats (in nominal terms).   



Total “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”“ bonds issue value is EUR 5,000,000, maturity is on 

December 29, 2006, and coupon is 3.5% + 6-month EURIBOR. 



The issue prospectus was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on November 

26, 2004.
