JSC “Grobiņa” reports the damages caused by the storm 



During the storm in the night of January 8 to 9 some damages were done to the fur animal farm: 

1820 cages and a fence were destroyed. 280 minks got loose, but were later caught; 547 animals 

were replaced to other cages; 20 minks perished. The estimate of damages is about LVL 100,000. 

Altogether the fur animal farm housed 36,638 pedigree minks and 420 silver foxes.
