JSC “OT Grupa” AGM on January 14, 2005



JSC “OT Grupa” AGM will convene on January 14, 2005, to update the shareholders on the developments 

during the past year. Agenda includes the company financing issues and raising new finances. This 

will be discussed in conjunction with “OT Grupa” business prospects. The AGM will also elect a new 

Supervisory Board.



Preliminary financial data show that the company sales in 2004 amount to LVL 6.8 million, which is 

75% of the 2003 figure (LVL 9.1 million). “OT Grupa” losses in the 11 months of 2004 amount to LVL 

3.4 million; the figure for the entire year is still due.
