Baltic Trust Bank mortgage bonds to be placed via the RSE on February 10



Two primary placements of Baltic Trust Bank mortgage bonds will take place on the Riga Stock 

Exchange: 12,550 BTB 3YR mortgage bonds with total nominal value LVL 1,255,000 and maturity on 

December 1, 2007, and 23,000 BTB 5YR USD mortgage bonds with total nominal value USD 2,300,000 

and maturity on December 1, 2009.



The primary placement via the RSE will be run on SAXESS trading platform during the trading 

session of February 10, 2005, in the procedure specified in the mortgage bond issue prospectus 

and the RSE Rules. The auction is organized by Baltic Trust Bank.



The settlement for the BTB 3YR LVL mortgage bonds will take place on February 15, 2005, while 

the settlement for BTB 5YR USD mortgage bonds will take place on February 17, 2005.
