From Krājbanka and two enterprises 1.8 million lats are not levied



The Riga Regional Court today rejected the claim of the insolvent LLC “Step 

Rīga” against JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka”, JSC “Lubāns” and LLC “Pensacola” about 

the unlawful use of the right of commercial pledge and selling of the property 

of LLC “Step Rīga”.

      The Riga Regional Court rejected also the claim of the administrator of 

“Step Rīga” to levy from JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” and both enterprises – JSC 

“Lubāns” and LLC “Pensacola” – in total 1.8 million lats.
