Increase in the Membership of the Council of LatRosTrans 



Today, February 4th, 2005, the Participants’ Meeting 

of LatRosTrans, Ltd., that is a daughter company of the 

joint stock company Ventspils Nafta, 

has re-elected the LatRosTrans’ Council. The composition 

of the previous Council remains unchanged, however, 

the membership has been obtained by a representative 

of Ventspils Nafta – Jānis Blaževičs. 



In December 2004 one of the former members who represented 

Ventspils Nafta in the LatRosTrans’ Council – Sergey Alexandrov 

was elected into the Board of Directors of LatRosTrans 

and vacated his seat in the LatRosTrans’ Council. 

However, according to the Commercial Law to 

replace S.Alexandrov by electing a new representative of 

the Council, the re-election of the entire Council is required.



The Council of LatRosTrans includes Jānis Blaževičs, 

Nikolay Dovgalyuk, Ilduss Ishmoukhametov, Laimonis Junkers, 

Rolands Kalniņš, Vladimirs Krastiņš, Victor Ligalov, 

Olga Pētersone. 

The Chairman of the Council is Vladimir Krastiņš 

and Deputy Chairman is Victor Ligalov.
